liblog4cplus-dbg software package provides C++ logging API modeled after the Java log4j API - debug library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblog4cplus-dbg
liblog4cplus-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblog4cplus-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblog4cplus-dbg *
You will get with liblog4cplus-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
